What You’ll Do
- Own and drive the delivery of features and projects, ensuring alignment with defined standards and governance structures
- Establish and uphold the Scrum framework, actively fulfilling the Scrum Master role within the team
- Identify, manage, and resolve cross-team dependencies and blockers to maintain smooth execution
- Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment
- Lead with accountability, demonstrating behaviors that align with company values, and inspire others to follow

- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager/Delivery Manager and Scrum Master in IT
- Strong knowledge of Agile principles and techniques as well as classical predictable/waterfall approach
- Solid expertise in Scrum, with a deep understanding of events, artifacts, and roles
- Proven experience in scope management and handling change request flows
- Experience working in international teams across different time zones
- Strong ability to manage cross-team dependencies and proactively address blockers
- Competency in managing senior stakeholder expectations and relationships
English level
