Recruitment Operations Analyst

We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to support our recruitment team by making data work, processes flow, and operations click. You will own the operational layer — keeping data clean, reports flowing, and recruiters focused on hiring. Format - hybrid.

What You’ll Do

  • Prepare and maintain reports on metrics (ex. time-to-hire, recruitment funnels, newcomers tracking)
  • Working with Google systems, Confluence and ATS (Greenhouse)
  • Manage and update current recruiting documentation, data and statistics
  • Build internal presentations and dashboards for different departments by request
  • Collaborate closely with the C-Level Management and process and manage data for further analysis
  • Conduct market and salary researches with all analytical data
  • Cooperate with other departments on ongoing projects and activities
  • Communicate with representatives of recruitment agencies, tools and platforms for future collaborations
  • Assist in organizing team-building events for the Recruitment department

What You Bring

  • Experience as a Recruiter Coordinator/HR or in a similar IT administrative role
  • Proficiency in IT recruitment processes and stages
  • Proficiency in Google system tools and other platforms
  • Ability to use Figma/Photoshop/Canva, or other designing software
  • Experience in conducting market and salary researches
  • Ability to collect and analyze data
  • Strong analytical thinking and detail orientation
  • Strong written and verbal business communication skills
  • Planning and time management skills
  • Proactive mindset: identify bottlenecks and propose the best solutions
  • Some experience with Data and Machine Learning concepts—ability to understand trends and specifics in recruitment data
  • Hands-on experience with extracting, managing, and analyzing data from ATS systems
  • Proven experience building reports and dashboards
  • Familiarity with recruitment processes in the US and UK markets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with Greenhouse or other ATS (ex. Workday) 
  • Keep up with ongoing recruiting trends (e.g., AI tools, data-driven approach)

English level

B2+
