We seek a passionate and detail-oriented Learning & Development (L&D) Technology Administrator for managing Learning Management Systems (LMS), integrating new educational technologies, and providing technical support for online and virtual training programs. The L&D Technology Administrator works closely with the L&D team to ensure that technological tools are effectively utilized to enhance learning experiences and outcomes. The purpose is to leverage technology to streamline L&D processes, increase accessibility to learning, and contribute to the overall effectiveness of the organization's learning strategies.

  • Background in Learning & Development Administration
  • Experience with instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM)
  • Competency in e-learning tools and LMS platforms
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with graphic design tools is a plus
  • High attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Strong analytical skills for evaluating learning program effectiveness
  • Strong project management, collaboration, and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage and support the organization’s Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring its optimal performance
  • Integrate new technologies and digital tools into the L&D framework to enhance learning experiences
  • Provide technical support and guidance for online and virtual training programs
  • Collaborate with L&D team members to develop and implement technology-enhanced learning solutions
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to L&D programs and platforms, ensuring minimal disruption to learning activities
  • Stay informed about the latest trends in educational technology and e-learning solutions
  • Assist in the evaluation of digital learning tools and platforms for potential adoption
  • Develop and maintain documentation and user guides for L&D technologies
  • Train L&D team members and learners on the effective use of technology in learning
  • Facilitate communication between technology vendors and the L&D team, ensuring clear requirements and expectations
