- Background in Learning & Development Administration
- Experience with instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM)
- Competency in e-learning tools and LMS platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with graphic design tools is a plus
- High attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating learning program effectiveness

Responsibilities
- Manage and support the organization’s Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring its optimal performance
- Integrate new technologies and digital tools into the L&D framework to enhance learning experiences
- Provide technical support and guidance for online and virtual training programs
- Collaborate with L&D team members to develop and implement technology-enhanced learning solutions
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to L&D programs and platforms, ensuring minimal disruption to learning activities
- Stay informed about the latest trends in educational technology and e-learning solutions
- Assist in the evaluation of digital learning tools and platforms for potential adoption
- Develop and maintain documentation and user guides for L&D technologies
- Train L&D team members and learners on the effective use of technology in learning
- Facilitate communication between technology vendors and the L&D team, ensuring clear requirements and expectations
