What You’ll Do

• Utilize strong knowledge of object-oriented design (OOD) principles to develop robust and scalable solutions
• Design and develop interface programs and perform unit and integration testing of software business units
• Administer and coordinate user interface design activities
• Analyze current and evolving information system requirements
• Develop SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and calculate information to fulfill data and application requirements
• Program and optimize database stored procedures, functions, tables, and views
• Document code such that the function and logic are clear and maintainable
• Administer and coordinate web services, FTP, and B2B data integration
• Conduct technical research as necessary to develop and refine product concepts
• Investigate new technologies to enhance or evolve product functionality
• Stay up to date with programming advancements and technical developments
• Provide technical assistance to internal and external customers as needed
• Follow product architecture guidelines to deliver optimal product performance and maintainability
• Fulfill other duties as required or assigned by company management

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
• 8+ years of experience in object-oriented software development
• Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET (Framework and Core), Python, Angular, TypeScript, Node.js, Web Services, Web API, REST APIs, Visual Studio
• Advanced MS SQL skills, including query optimization (SELECT, JOIN, subqueries, CTEs, GROUP BY, aggregate functions), performance tuning, indexing, database design, stored procedures, triggers, functions, and SQL Agent jobs
• Experience with cloud technologies (Azure preferred, AWS also acceptable)
• Solid understanding of security best practices, service-oriented and serverless architectures, domain-driven design
• Experience with both brownfield and greenfield projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document code and create UML diagrams
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, well-organized, and capable of managing shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong planning and time-management skills to ensure timely delivery of project milestones
