  • Minimum 3 year of experience in Human Resources
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive, innovative mindset and the confidence to take initiative
  • High emotional intelligence and the ability to manage conflict constructively
  • Proven collaboration and negotiation capabilities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, distributed team environment
  • Fluent in Bulgarian
  • Familiarity with Bulgarian labor law

Nice to Have:

  • Degree in Human Resources or a related field
    Proficiency in Romanian is a plus

English level

Intermediate+

Responsibilities

  • Support core HR functions: onboarding, performance assessment, career and salary planning, bench management, and offboarding
  • Foster strong employee relationships and ensure an engaging company culture
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with employees
  • Assist in the implementation and development of performance review processes
  • Navigate and resolve employee issues professionally and effectively
  • Facilitate employee feedback and communication processes
  • Help develop and apply internal HR policies and procedures
  • Analyze and report on HR metrics
  • Contribute to global HR initiatives and projects across international teams
