- HRIS & Employee Data: Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data privacy compliance
- Time Off & Leave: Track and manage leave requests in line with local laws
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Handle all processes and documentation for employee entry and exit
- Employee Relations: Conduct regular 1:1s, support engagement, and report concerns
- Probation Monitoring: Oversee onboarding success and coordinate evaluations
- Project Assignments & Bench Management: Track internal assignments and produce bench reports
- HR Policy & Compliance (Mid-level/Senior): Maintain policies and ensure legal alignment
- HR Projects: Support and collaborate on internal HR initiatives
What You Bring
- 1–3 years of relevant HR experience
- Knowledge of employment law, compliance, and HR policies
- Experience in employee relations and people support
- HR analytics and reporting skills
- Familiarity with compensation & benefits, performance, and change management
- Strong communication, coaching, and conflict management abilities
- Business acumen and strategic thinking
- Proficiency in HRIS and data confidentiality (e.g., GDPR)
