Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in the information security area
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field is preferred
  • Knowledge of information security concepts: risk and incident management, IS tools, attack methods
  • Understanding of IT fundamentals: network technologies, OS administration
  • Knowledge of methodologies and standards (e.g., ISO/IEC 27000 series) for ensuring IS compliance
  • Basic understanding of software development processes, cloud security, and assessment methodologies
  • Experience with developing IS-related procedures, instructions, and methods
  • Process-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement

Nice to Have

  • ISO/IEC 27001 Auditor/Lead Auditor certification
  • CompTIA Security+
  • CRISC or other certifications in auditing, risk management, or ISMS management
  • Experience in vendor security assessments and business continuity planning

Language level

English - Upper intermediate 

Responsibilities

  • Analyze security risks across Exadel’s assets
  • Conduct internal security audits and ensure compliance with corporate security policies
  • Develop, implement, and improve incident response strategies
  • Provide consultations to employees on information security issues
  • Lead security awareness training to strengthen the security culture
  • Collaborate on the creation, implementation, and enforcement of IS policies and procedures
  • Evaluate IS controls, collect and report on security metrics
  • Assess third-party suppliers’ compliance with security requirements
  • Support, expand, and maintain the Corporate ISMS across offices and new acquisitions
  • Develop and test business continuity plans
