  • 1+ year of experience in project management or coordinationExcellent verbal and written communication skills, fluent English is a must 
  • Proven experience interfacing with clients and managing multiple concurrent projects
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite 
  • Familiarity with project tracking and collaboration tools 
  • Ability to adapt quickly to change and support change management processes
  • Available to work U.S. hours, specifically during the Mountain Time (MT) zone

English level

Advanced 

Nice to Have

  • Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master)
  • Experience in the SaaS industry

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and goals are met
  • Follow SDLC processes to ensure project consistency and success
  • Coordinate and facilitate daily project activities, acting as the key liaison between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders
  • Support project planning through scheduling meetings, maintaining project documentation, updating timelines, tracking hours, and following up on action items
  • Communicate effectively with external customers to gather requirements, define project scope, and manage expectations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to allocate resources and resolve project-related issues, including customer escalations
  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to accommodate changes in scope or timeline
  • Work from the MacBook provided specifically for the project
