The Product Manager, Platform is responsible for overseeing key features of EVERFI’s learning management platform. This includes assisting in the definition of the vision for those features and leading implementation of the feature roadmap through our product life cycle. Day-to-day activities include building and prioritizing product requirements and working closely with engineering and other matrixed functions to deliver a winning product that solves customer problems.


  • Define, implement and manage the evolution of our platform survey capabilities which are critical to assessing and improving the impact of EVERFI’s courses.
  • Conduct market and competitor research in order to develop and maintain awareness of trends in measuring and assessing the efficacy of educational offerings.
  • Co-lead customer and user research to understand their needs and evaluate potential enhancements, assess their market potential and establish product market fit.
  • Coordinate across platform development teams through all aspects of your product's life cycle from communicating your vision and roadmap through to delivery to end-users.
  • Continuously improve the product experience and usability for learners and our survey developers.
  • Maintain and prioritize the product roadmap and backlog of new functionality,  enhancements and fixes with an eye towards optimizing outcomes not output.
  • Actively organize and manage product releases with engineering and project management.
  • Proactively ensure that customer support and account management teams have the data and information needed to effectively support and communicate with customers. 
  • Assist product marketing in developing communications and sales materials to drive product demand.
  • Make recommendations to help define and refine product development processes.
  • Other duties and projects as assigned.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or a combination of education and experience
  • 4 years of product management experience with web-based products or services
  • Experience building out gap analyses, product narratives, requirements and use cases
  • Experience working with survey mechanisms and platforms such as Qualtrics or SurveyMonkey
  • Experience leveraging data sets, data quality/cleansing/cataloging/enrichment, tabular operations, data pipelines, data management and data visualization are all plusses
  • Experience with product experimentation, A/B testing, and driving data-informed roadmap decisions
  • Experience translating complex technical information to audiences of varying levels
  • Experience with B2B2C and/or SaaS products, preferred
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Strong analytical-reasoning and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to complete work in a timely manner and adjust to quickly changing priorities
  • Experience with agile development methodologies
