The Marketing Operations Analyst will help improve the performance of the marketing team through the analysis of data and optimization of the operational flow of data into the CRM and other technology platforms. This role will partner with stakeholders within Marketing to drive efficiency and identify ways for marketing to strategically drive additional pipeline by providing data based recommendations.

Responsibilities

  • Support internal marketers as the go-to resource for Salesforce by telling the story of marketing opportunities and results for the company through clear, concise data
  • Develop reports and dashboards to derive insights aligned to company objectives from data stored in Salesforce across multiple verticals through quantitative analysis
  • Monitor KPIs trends, forecast future performance, and develop shareable data analyses based on metrics
  • Roll out process improvement efforts and additional tools for the marketing team
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales leadership to assist with the routing, distribution, and assignment of leads
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvements within the lead-journey process and for individual team members
  • Ongoing maintenance and management of Salesforce (CRM) and integrated tools, which include LeanData (Lead Routing) and RingLead (Lead Deduplication)
  • Update related policies and operational procedure documents for each communication channel as well as update settings and resolve maintenance issues that arise
  • Assist in prioritizing and optimizing marketing channel and campaign spend through data analysis
  • Other job-related duties as assigned

Skills, Experience, and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
  • Minimum 1 year of experience providing operational or analytics support to sales and/or marketing teams
  • Minimum 1 year of experience using Customer Relationship Management Systems, including experience developing reports and dashboards
  • Advanced proficiency using Excel and the Office Suite to drive business recommendations
  • Proficiency and expertise in marketing technologies including Salesforce (LeanData, RingLead) and Marketing Automation platforms (Marketo preferred), Bizible is a plus
  • Demonstrated quantitative and analytical skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both decision makers, stakeholders, and end users
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to operate in an entrepreneurial environment
