We’re looking for a data-oriented, dynamic Marketing Operations Analyst with a passion for social purpose and education to join EVERFI. Your role will be to help define audience segmentation and develop implementation strategies for lead generation and nurture. Working closely with the data and marketing team you will have a curious and analytical mind with a passion for problem solving and an excellent attention to detail.

As the Marketing Operations Analyst, you’ll be supporting the development of our teacher nurture cycle, handling data and reporting requests from across the company and executing customer activation journeys, regularly working in Salesforce, Marketo and Salesforce Marketing Cloud. As the team grows you will have opportunities to grow with it and play an integral part in our customer retention strategy.   • Design and build customer journey strategy for inbound and nurture communications
  • Monitor and maintain spend and benchmark reporting 
  • Share insights and provide platform based solutions to marketing team 
  • Review and refine user journeys based on campaign measurement requirements
  • Create and review landing pages in partnership with the digital team
  • Design and build reports using appropriate tools
  • Audience segmentation and data management within Salesforce, Marketo and Salesforce Marketing Cloud for campaigns
  • Set up and manage platform integrations 
  • Manage inbound lead reporting attribution for sales opportunities
  • Manage webinar set-up and user journeys for marketing team
  • Other job duties as assigned

Skills, Experience and Qualifications

  • Experience with SQL (ideally PostgreSQL)
  • Experience in using email marketing automation solutions (preferably SFMC, Marketo and dotdigital)
  • Knowledge of web analytic and reporting tools (preferably Google Analytics, Google Data Studio and/or Tableau)
  • Basic understanding of HTML (or AMPScript preferred)
  • Understanding of data systems and CRM
  • Knowledge of data management and cleaning processes
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience in a marketing role and ideally a role focusing on marketing insight
  • Ability to multi-task priorities and handle different projects efficiently
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written and the ability to communicate at all levels
  • Collaborative team player 
  • Fluent in English with strong spelling and grammar
  • Flexible, enthusiastic and proactive approach to work
  • Ability to stay ‘cool’ when the pressure is on. 
  • Good proofreading skills
  • Competent user of Microsoft Office and/or G-Suite
