The role of Graphic Designer at EVERFI calls for a multi-disciplinary designer who can creatively problem solve using current design trends, brand guidelines, and industry best practices. This role will collaborate with marketers, sales employees, web developers, and other creatives. The Graphic Designer will manage communication and timelines across multiple projects functioning within an inside-agency environment. The Corporate Marketing Design Team produces tools and experiences to help other teams create and manage customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with internal EVERFI clients to develop creative concepts
  • Manage the development of creative materials from conception through production
  • Participate in creative brainstorming sessions
  • Contribute to creative marketing briefs and/or strategies
  • Provide initial creative comps; develop new ideas from scratch and work to evolve each initiative strategically
  • Oversee and direct the graphic design and production of high-quality marketing materials including (but not limited to): marketing collateral, email layouts & campaigns, proposal decks, company materials (signage, collateral, incentive materials), social media graphics, partnership branding, microsite wireframe and design, etc.
  • Provide design recommendations and feedback for web-related projects using basic UX design principles
  • Manage tight deadlines and competing schedules to accomplish priorities of multiple levels
  • Oversee quality control of the defined company branding guidelines
  • Utilize best practices and metrics where possible, to provide internal clients with insight and recommendations on graphic design deliverables
  • Other job-related duties as assigned

Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent combination of education and graphic design experience 
  • 3+ years of graphic design experience preferably with extensive in-house agency experience
  • Experience with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects.
  • Understanding of basic html and CSS as well as UI/UX principles
  • Expertise in Google Suite (particularly Slides) is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent proofreading and production management skills
  • Work samples will be requested
