Pharmacy Billing and Revenue Specialist (1.0FTE)

Job Description:

Responsible for overseeing and maintaining the revenue generating services related to Essentia Health’s Ambulatory Pharmacies. This position will monitor pharmacy billing and the payment remittance processes across all outpatient pharmacies. This position is responsible for identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing corrective measures to ensure top performance. Additionally, this position is responsible for planning and implementing all relevant policies and procedures relevant to the billing and payment reconciliation processes. This position will work cooperatively with other departments and administration to enhance revenue generation in a manner consistent with Essentia Health principles. Work Experience: One year of experience in managing pharmacy payment systems with demonstrated ability to organize, manage multiple projects, and prioritize work in response to changing needs.

Education Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
