Responsibilities
- Collaborate with developers, designers, testers
- Solve and articulate complex problems with application design, development, and user experiences
- Develop focused apps the meet the requirements of a broad range of users
Requirements
- A keen interest in app development for the purpose of collection of new data - and verification of existing GIS data - in the field
- Familiarity of field data collection processes including GNSS receivers and workflows; knowledgeable of various mobile platforms and aware of some of the capabilities and limitations of different solutions
- Ability to work closely with the team and adjust to changes in a constantly evolving environment
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A current 3rd or 4th year Bachelor or Graduate student in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related field
- Work onsite in our Melbourne office Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday
- Must have existing work authorization for Australia
