ELS is hiring for the position of Seasonal Activities Supervisor in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania.
What you'll do:
As the Activates Supervisor and part of our Activities team at Drummer Boy Campground in Gettysburg, you will implement weekly resort activities and events for our guest. You work as a team participant along with management to ensure the community meets the quality standards set by ELS.
Your job will include:
- Plan and schedule events for all groups within the resort.
- Coordinate and manage all preparations for events.
- Manage all activities related to weekly schedules
- Maintain open communications with resort management, guests and vendors.
- At all times, represent the resort in a professional manner.

Skills & experience you need:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in customer service and exceptional customer service skills.
- Activities and planning experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational, coordination and scheduling skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize based on customer needs.
- Valid driver's license, good driving record and current auto insurance.
