ELS is hiring for the position of Groundskeeper in Venice, Florida.
What you'll do:
The Groundskeeper/ Houseman handles the maintenance of the grounds along with cleaning of all common buildings and partners with the maintenance staff to ensure that the property meets the company's standards.
Your job will include:
- Maintain grounds and common areas and remove all trash and debris.
- Clean interior of Clubhouses, Sales Office and all other public buildings.
- Monitor and control inventory and/or supplies.
- Report concerns to the Maintenance Manager.

Experience & skills you'll need:
- 1+ year of grounds/housekeeping experience.
- Familiarity with pressure washer, buffers, and all other cleaning equipment.
- Valid driver's license, good driving record and current auto insurance.
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
