What you'll do:

  • Work with a prestigious group of nationwide RV dealer partners in the U.S. and Canada
  • Maintain your Contact Center Schedule, be logged in and ready to service customers/members when scheduled to do so
  • Answer calls promptly, courteously, and within established performance standards and criteria
  • Outbound dialing that requires placing numerous calls to warm customers
  • Maintain knowledge of company information, policies, products, and promotions. Answer calls promptly, courteously, and within established performance standards and criteria.
  • Help process and set up RV Dealer customers to get complementary account.
  • Help process RV Dealer customers in renewing complementary pass.
  • Ensure integrity of customer records by verifying and accurately entering customer information and completing necessary after work procedures.
  • Demonstrate the ability to navigate through multiple computer systems.
  • Acquire the ability to upsell to add-on camping pass products and refer for Upgrades
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Meet quality assurance requirements and key performance metrics
  • Be a team player and assist fellow team members as needed

On-site at the Travel Center (estimated Nov-April)

  • Call store and speak with the delivery team for the daily update
  • Collect all leads from the previous day
  • Input all leads received into the RVD Portal
  • Contact and walk through the sign-up process and answer all questions regarding the membership product offering
  • Work the store floor at any given opportunity to greet, upsell, or provide additional ELS product offerings
  • Handle current members in a customer service friendly and efficient manner
  • Attend all training sessions with their direct leader
  • Work all required RV tent events required by the location
  • Provide a detail report at the end of the day with changes from the delivery team and what was accomplished

Skills and experience you need:

Handle customer complaints if needs be and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.

  • Candidates who are energetic, possess an enthusiastic attitude and are strongly motivated
  • Strong written & verbal communication, including clear understandable telephone voice and ability to interpret information
  • The ability to work independently or in teams
  • Suggestive sales skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are required.
  • Must have sales experience, phone sales a plus but not necessary.
  • No cold calling. Warm leads as they are expecting to be contacted with their special promotion. As well as follow up at year's end to see if they want to renew their pass.
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Accurate and detail oriented in their work
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Experience using Five9, Salesforce or other CRM software a plus
  • Must be honest, ethical, and operate with integrity
