ELS is hiring for the position of Construction Supervisor in Tampa, Florida.
What you'll do:
The Construction Supervisor oversees construction budgets and projects throughout our portfolio.
Your job will include:
- Supervise the construction of site-set manufactured homes up to the point of being ready for sale.
- Manage project budgets and resources.
- Rehab the existing inventory of homes to ensure readiness for sale and/or rent.
- Build relationships with managers to complete home construction projects in keeping with the company's quality standards.
- Supervise contractors.

Experience & skills you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, or a related field, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3+ years of construction management experience.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines and drive projects to completion.
- Strong communications and leadership skills.
- Ability to define problems relevant to accounting opportunities and needs, including data collection, analysis and drawing of valid conclusions.
- Excellent organizational, time management and project management skills.
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
