ELS is hiring for the position of Beverage Manager in Marblehead, Ohio.
Beverage Manager
Beverage Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations and overall success of the beverage department. This position will directly manage hourly Beverage associates as well as collectively lead all FOH Food & Beverage hourly associates along with the greater Food & Beverage management team. The Beverage Manager will work closing with the Director, Food and Beverage to plan and execute beverage programming for all special and Member events.

- Director, Food and Beverage
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: (Additional duties may be assigned)
- Ensure payroll reports are submitted to appropriate departments correctly and in a timely fashion.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure their beverage needs are met.
- Engage with Events Department to coordinate overall F&B participation in special and member events
- Develop and manage beverage training programs to ensure all FOH hourly associates clearly understand performance expectations and how to navigate a personalized path of growth.
- Support day-to-day FOH operations by being an active presence on the floor.
- Create and maintain strong relationships with our members and guests.
- Hold associates accountable for completing work efficiently and accurately.
- Lead pre-shift meetings to communicate changes or updates to associates.
- Provide aid to all associates as needed. Support in handling guest inquires and requests, as well as resolving any guest complaints.
- Develop and grow beer, wine, and cocktail programs, including retail beverage and events.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Strong and willing communicator
- Strong organizational skills
- Willingness to adapt and change as needed

- Detail oriented
- Basic computer skills
- Previous management experience a plus but no required
