As the Marketing Manager (Growth & Engagement) at SoulCycle, you’ll play a critical role in planning and executing marketing initiatives that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution—delivering campaigns that perform across both digital and physical channels. You’ll help shape and scale brand and partnership-driven initiatives while working cross-functionally to align messaging and optimize every touchpoint of the customer journey.
What You'll Do
- Campaign Support & Execution
- Maintain and manage campaign calendars to ensure timely, accurate execution across channels
- Plan and execute integrated campaigns and challenges that span digital and in-studio activations
- Support the development of campaign creative briefs, partnering closely with internal teams and agency collaborators
Analysis & Optimization
- Continuously optimize marketing campaigns with a focus on ARF targets and measurable results
- Collaborate with the CRM Manager to strengthen customer journeys across touchpoints
- Generate campaign insights and behavior-based learnings to guide future strategy
Strategic Initiatives & Partnerships
- Support cross-functional marketing projects with a focus on brand campaigns and strategic partnerships
- Contribute to the development and execution of new initiatives designed to expand reach and drive engagement
Cross-Team Collaboration
- Act as a connector across CRM, organic social, paid media, and studio field teams to ensure full campaign alignment
- Drive consistency in campaign messaging, timing, and execution across all departments
Qualifications
- Experienced in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and physical environments
- A strong project manager with experience briefing, creating, and delivering digital and print collateral
- Analytical and goal-oriented, with a track record of optimizing against growth and engagement targets
- Comfortable navigating customer lifecycle and engagement strategies
- Flexible and energized by both core campaigns and new initiatives
- A confident communicator who thrives in cross-functional collaboration
How You'll Be Evaluated
3-6 months:
- Support the execution of integrated campaigns and brand initiatives across channels
- Establish clear processes and timelines for campaign development and approvals
- Demonstrate alignment across teams on goals, messaging, and customer touchpoints
- Deliver early wins through creative execution and results-focused campaign launches
6-12 months:
- Lead cross-functional initiatives that drive acquisition and engagement
- Support growth marketing programs that introduce SoulCycle to new audiences
- Own partnership marketing execution and support seasonal brand campaigns
- Contribute to measurable improvements in campaign impact and customer retention
Pay Transparency: Min $100K - Max $110K
