Overview of function, team and the role
The HR Services (HRS) team is responsible for maintaining and continuously improving key HR functions, including payroll, benefits administration, onboarding and off-boarding processes, and employee data management. This role involves collaborating with members of the global HRS team to support daily operations and assist with a variety of administrative tasks.
This is an internship/apprenticeship opportunity with he minimum duration of 12 months and maximum- 24 months.The role is located in Frankfurt am Maine.
What you will be doing (Responsibilities/Tasks)
- Support general administrative and operational activities within the global HR Services team
- Maintain and update employee data in HR systems, including benefits information, while gaining familiarity with tools such as Workday and ServiceNow
- Maintain and update employee records in the Time & Attendance system, with exposure to tools such as ADP
- Assist the team with documentation related to ongoing projects
Who You Are (Requirements and Qualifications):
- Currently enrolled in an accredited university or college, ideally in your 2nd to 6th semester of a bachelor's degree program
- Available to work 15-20 hours per week
- Strong ability to multitask and collaborate effectively in a global and fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with business proficiency in both English and German (preferably B2 level or above)
- Capable of producing accurate and timely reports, and comfortable sharing information and ideas with others
- Analytical and detail-oriented, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, and Outlook, and a willingness to learn new software
