Job Summary

The VP, Head of Digital - Corporate Applications is a forward-thinking, enterprise-oriented Product Executive responsible for leading the digital transformation of corporate functions, including Finance, People, Legal, and Business Operations. This executive will serve as the strategic partner to function leaders, with full accountability for delivering modern, user-centric digital capabilities that streamline operations, enhance compliance, elevate employee and stakeholder experiences, and enable business agility.

This leader will oversee a portfolio of enterprise products and platforms, driving the modernization and integration of core systems while introducing innovative solutions that future-proof the company's corporate foundation.

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Partner with corporate function leaders to co-create and deliver a unified digital strategy that supports strategic, operational, and regulatory priorities across Finance, People, Legal, and Business Operations as well as End User Support and Digital Workplace in support of the employee experience


  • Shape the long-term vision for enterprise platforms, employee experience, automation, data governance, and risk/compliance enablement.


  • Ensure technology investments align with broader enterprise architecture, data, and innovation strategies.

Product Ownership & Execution

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for a portfolio of enterprise applications and digital tools-including ERP, HCM, payroll, legal management systems, procurement, and workflow automation platforms, IT Help Desk and Digital Workplace.


  • Build and lead a high-impact product team responsible for designing, delivering, and optimizing capabilities that improve accuracy, compliance, efficiency, and experience.


  • Prioritize investments based on business value, strategic impact, and stakeholder input, ensuring cross-functional transparency and alignment.

Stakeholder Engagement & Value Realization

  • Serve as the digital thought partner and liaison between corporate function leaders and the Digital & Innovation team.


  • Understand user needs across business units, functions, and geographies to ensure digital products drive measurable improvements in service delivery and operational effectiveness.


  • Lead change management and user adoption strategies to ensure successful implementation and business value realization.

Innovation / Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities for automation, intelligent workflows, predictive analytics, and self-service capabilities to simplify processes and enhance decision-making.


  • Foster innovation in areas such as workforce planning, financial forecasting, compliance tracking, and operational service delivery.


  • Keep pace with emerging enterprise technologies and regulatory trends to ensure platforms remain compliant, modern, and resilient.

  • Build coach and expand the customer enablement teams to support business success.

Qualifications

Essential skills, knowledge and experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 15+ years of experience in product management, digital transformation or technology leadership with at least 5 yrs in a senior leadership role
  • Deep understanding of global infrastructure operations, data center environments, and related operational systems and tools
  • Proven experience delivering digital solutions for mission-critical environments with high demands on uptime, security, and compliance
  • Familiarity with infrastructure management platforms, DCIM (Data Center Infrastructure Management), CMDB, automation tools, and real-time telemetry systems
