Summary
We are looking for a technology program manager with strong experience as a Scrum Master and Release Train Engineer (RTE) to support strategic digital transformation initiatives. This role will lead multiple Agile teams across Finance, HR, Legal, and EDNA portfolios, ensuring effective delivery of high-impact programs aligned with enterprise and digital goals.
Key Responsibilities
Agile Delivery & Facilitation
- Lead 2-3 Agile teams through ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)
- Coach teams on Agile best practices and metrics (velocity, burndown, backlog health) using Jira/Confluence
- Facilitate Scrum of Scrums and coordinate across Agile Release Trains (ARTs)
- Drive delivery of complex, enterprise-scale initiatives in a hybrid Agile environment
- Use data analysis and modelling to uncover insights and support decision-making

Project, Program, & Portfolio Execution
- Oversee the full technology development lifecycle (scope, schedule, change, risk, vendor, and procurement)
- Manage internal and vendor teams to ensure delivery meets business and compliance goals
- Collaborate with Program/Portfolio Managers to ensure on-time, on-budget, and within-scope delivery
- Proactively manage dependencies, risks, and cross-team coordination
- Align technical execution with strategic business objectives
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
- Engage with Finance, HR, Legal, and D&A stakeholders to ensure transparency, alignment, and business readiness
- Prepare and present updates to PMO leaders, DIO executives, and lead steering committees
- Prepare and manage communication plans, facilitate decision-making, and resolve conflicts
Governance & Reporting
- Monitor and report program health, milestones, risks, and resource needs using PMO tools/templates
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, standards, and documentation practices
- Support vendor management and third-party integrations
- Contribute to progress reporting, risk mitigation, and stakeholder satisfaction initiatives
Qualifications
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM)-required
- SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) or equivalent - required
- A bachelor's or master's STEM degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related technical field
- Preferred: PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe certifications
Skills & Experience
- Experience in Program/Product Management, with Agile delivery at scale
- Experience as Scrum Master and/or RTE in enterprise-level Agile environments
- Consulting experience desired
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; capable of managing financial and operational data
- Skilled in managing multiple workstreams, teams, and stakeholder groups
- Excellent communicator and collaborator with a practical, outcomes-driven mindset
- Hands-on experience with Miro, Mural, Jira, Confluence, and Agile reporting tools
