Job Summary

Supervisor manages the day to day performance of a team of analysts. Sets team objectives, targets and priorities under guidance from manager /senior manager Develops the team capability in conjunction with manager / senior manager May manage a small portfolio of accounts

Responsibilities

People, Billing, Controls & Reporting

  • Supervise and manage a team of 6 billing analysts within Equinix Manila
  • Support and develop the team in their roles
  • Responsible for accurate and timely billing across the AMER, APAC, EMEA and LATAM regions
  • Be the first escalation point for any team related escalations from internal or external stakeholders
  • Be the team's first POC with analysis of billing data queries
  • Production of monthly reporting to Senior Management
  • Be the primary sign-off for pre and post bill run controls alongside the Revenue Assurance Team within GBCC

Process Improvement

  • Identify process gaps and recommend achievable and measurable improvements to controls, processes and automation
  • Partner with stakeholders throughout the organisation to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions
  • Own root cause analysis capture & reporting, collate issues & present monthly to the Operational Assurance team
  • Responsible for the proposals of process improvement initiatives within Operational Assurance
  • Live & breath the continuous improvement mindset

System Knowledge

  • Knowledge of Oracle (preferably Cloud environment)
  • Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word proficient at intermediate level
  • SFDC / SingleView experience preferable

Qualifications

  • Worked with global or multi-national companies
  • 3+ Years of Supervisory/Management experience including people development
  • Excellent communication skills including research, writing, and presentation skills
  • Experience dealing with escalations from internal and external customers
  • Experience with managing and manipulating large data sets; data cleansing and signing off related quality controls
