Job Summary
Seeking a seasoned professional with expertise in data architecture, engineering, and system integration to drive operational efficiency. This role involves designing and optimizing data pipelines and models, building robust analytics datasets, and leveraging advanced knowledge of Python, SQL, and networking protocols (TCP/IP, SNMP, etc.). The ideal candidate will apply their skills across cloud environments and business processes (ITSM, Quote-to-Cash) to automate workflows, improve data availability, and provide critical insights to operational teams.
What You Will Be Doing
- Define and implement data architecture solutions aligned with business needs, focusing on scalability, automation, and analytics readiness.
- Design and optimize data pipelines for processing large-scale structured and unstructured data.
- Create and maintain data models to support data automation processes, business analytics, and AI applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data solutions address both technical and business objectives.
- Build and maintain schemas and data flows in data warehouses and data lakes, supporting analytics and operational decision-making.
- Apply advanced Python engineering to develop robust data processing and automation solutions.
- Utilize advanced SQL for efficient data modeling, transformation, and querying at scale.
- Leverage your previous experience as a networking analyst, understanding protocols (TCP/IP, SNMP, ICMP, DNS, HTTP, SSL, etc.) and interconnectivity to integrate network data into analytical and operational solutions.
What We Will Expect From You
- Strong experience in data architecture, data engineering, or analytics engineering.
- Proficiency in advanced Python engineering.
- Mastery of advanced SQL.
- Proven previous experience as a networking analyst with strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, SNMP, ICMP, DNS, HTTP, SSL, etc.) and interconnectivity.
- Expertise in schema design, dimensional modeling, and building efficient data structures.
- Strong understanding of pipeline orchestration, performance optimization, and handling data in cloud-native environments.
- Ability to build query-ready datasets focused on the business, transforming raw data into actionable insights.
- Experience in building data models from infrastructure event logs for SLA calculations, resource consumption, and usage metrics.
- Expertise in data pipelines (ELT/ETL), centralized data warehouses/lakes, and process mining for automation and optimization.
- Hands-on experience with IaaS, Managed Services, and private cloud business cases.
- Strong knowledge of business processes, including ITSM, event monitoring, availability management, customer fulfillment, and quote-to-cash cycles.
- Advanced English is a must
