Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Product Manager to lead the development of a Customer 360 dashboard, a strategic analytics product designed to unify customer data across systems into a single, comprehensive, actionable view. This dashboard will serve as a critical tool for sales teams, revenue operations, customer success managers, and senior leadership to gain holistic insights into the customer journey. The ideal candidate has successfully built and scaled similar customer intelligence in a technology company. He/she is fluent in the language of both business and engineering and passionate about delivering high-impact, user-centric solutions that influence key business decisions.
Responsibilities
Own the Product Vision & Strategy
- Define and evolve the product vision and strategy for the Customer 360 Dashboard
- Translate priorities into a phased product roadmap, balancing quick wins and long-term value
- Drive alignment across stakeholders including sales, revenue operations, customer success, marketing, and engineering
Lead Discovery & Requirements Definition
- Conduct user research, discovery sessions, and stakeholder interviews to uncover unmet needs and key business questions
- Translate business needs into actionable product requirements, user stories, and technical considerations in close partnership with business analysts and engineers
- Ensure data governance, scalability, and performance are built into every solution
Drive the End-to-End Product Lifecycle
- Lead the product through development cycles ― from backlog grooming and sprint planning to UAT and release
- Partner with engineering team to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery and seamless deployments
- Work with Product Operations Team post-launch, addressing bugs, prioritizing enhancements, and tracking performance metrics
Champion User Enablement & Adoption
- Design and execute enablement strategies for internal users, including enablement sessions, documentation, and training content
- Work closely with business stakeholders to measure usage, collect feedback, and continuously refine the dashboard based on evolving needs
- Evangelize the dashboard internally to grow adoption and position it as the trusted source for customer insights
Qualifications
- 7+ years of product management experience, with a strong track record in analytics or data-driven product development
- Direct experience building a Customer 360 view or similar enterprise BI tools, preferably used by go-to-market or revenue teams
- Strong working knowledge of BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI) and understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and performance considerations
- Expertise in agile methodologies, sprint planning, and product operations
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage diverse stakeholders with varying technical fluency development, ideally within B2B tech or SaaS environments
