Job Summary
We're seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented professional to support our Director of Reporting and Analytics. This role blends executive assistant responsibilities with business support functions, requiring strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, professional communication, and supporting data-related tasks. You'll play a key role in helping drive team efficiency, prepare high-impact presentations, and manage day-to-day metric operations.
Responsibilities
- Data Support: Build and maintain Excel spreadsheets for tracking metrics, analyzing trends, and supporting reporting needs
- Presentation Development: Create, format, and refine PowerPoint decks for executive-level meetings, business reviews, and strategic initiatives
- Project Coordination: Assist with cross-functional initiatives, follow up on action items, and ensure deadlines are met
- Information Management: Organize files, maintain documentation, and support knowledge sharing across the team
- Ad Hoc Tasks: Provide flexible support on special projects, research, and administrative tasks as needed
- Executive Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel, and handle confidential communications
Qualifications
- Proven years of experience in an executive assistant, business support, or operations role
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel (pivot tables, charts, formulas)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities
