Job Summary

Drive the optimization of our global supply chain by transforming complex data into actionable insights. You'll lead efforts in centralizing data, building advanced analytics, and automating manual processes. We're especially interested in candidates who can think long-term, exploring and implementing Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence solutions to enhance our supply chain. Required experience with Power BI / Tableau. Data centers or large scale infrastructure experience is a big plus!

Responsibilities

  • Data Strategy & Management: Develop, implement, and maintain robust data strategies for centralizing disparate supply chain data sources (e.g., procurement, logistics, inventory, demand forecasting). Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and accessibility for various stakeholders
  • Advanced Analytics & Reporting: Design, build, and maintain sophisticated analytical models, dashboards, and reports to monitor key supply chain performance indicators (KPIs). Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement across the entire supply chain lifecycle
  • Automation & Process Optimization: Proactively identify manual, repetitive tasks within the supply chain and develop automated solutions (e.g., scripts, macros, workflow automation tools) to improve efficiency, reduce errors, and free up resources for more strategic work.
  • Planning & Forecasting: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Capacity and Inventory Planning, Procurement Managers, Engineering, Finance, Operations) to support demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and capacity planning initiatives
  • Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement: Lead root cause analysis for supply chain issues, propose data-backed solutions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels
  • Long-Term Vision (ML/AI): Explore and champion the adoption of machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI) techniques to further optimize supply chain processes, including predictive analytics for demand, risk assessment, and autonomous decision-making. Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies
  • Stakeholder Communication: Present complex analytical findings clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences, influencing decision-making at various levels

Qualifications

  • +8 years of Data Science or similar experience required, preferably in a procurement or supply chain function
  • Preferrable experience in data center, mission critical, industrial, and/or high-tech industries
  • Experience with enterprise data tools such as Anaplan, Helix, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, API Integrations
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science or equivalent experience required.
