Job Summary
Supports the execution of GTM plans for partners.
Responsibilities
- Drive marketing initiatives to, through, with, and for partners in India to grow and accelerate the business pipeline
- Collaborate closely with partner sales teams to develop and execute co-marketing plans, including budget planning, marketing mix, sales enablement, channel promotions, public relations, social media, and web presence
- Create and support the development of messaging, joint value propositions, and foundational content such as solution briefs, whitepapers, and videos to drive lead generation with and for partners
- Measure and analyze the performance of joint go-to-market (GTM) activities, refining programs to maximize ROI
- Provide regular reporting to key stakeholders, showcasing successes and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including Field Marketing, Marketing Content & Programs, Brand Management, Digital Marketing, and Segment Marketing, to ensure alignment and effectiveness of GTM plans
- Evaluate and manage external agencies and vendors to ensure seamless execution of deliverables
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus
- Minimum of 5 years of B2B marketing experience in the technology sector, preferably with international organizations in cloud services or data center solutions
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Salesforce and marketing automation tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities
