Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Manager to join our xScale Investor Reporting team as an individual contributor. This role is responsible for the execution and continuous improvement of investor and management reporting processes for our joint venture portfolio. The ideal candidate will have strong financial acumen, excellent communication skills, and experience working cross-functionally in complex, global organizations.

Responsibilities
Investor Reporting
- Support the preparation of quarterly investor reporting packages in coordination with internal teams
- Coordinate across functions (Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Billing, Asset Management) to gather, validate, and consolidate reporting inputs
- Ensure reporting is aligned with JV contractual requirements and presents a consistent, professional view of xScale performance
- Support investor meetings and calls, including materials preparation and post-meeting follow-ups
- Maintain a centralized repository of all investor reporting materials
Internal Management Reporting
- Collaborate with xScale FP&A and extended Finance teams to provide insights for internal dashboards, leadership reviews, and variance analysis
- Assist in creating regular management dashboards and KPIs for the xScale leadership team
Process Improvement & Framework Development
- Identify and implement opportunities to streamline reporting processes and automate data collection where possible
- Contribute to building scalable frameworks for new JV onboarding and evolving investor needs
- Help document reporting standards and processes for improved consistency and knowledge transfer
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work across teams (Tax, Treasury, Billing, Accounting, Asset Management) to gather, validate, and consolidate data
- Build strong working relationships with JV contacts and internal finance teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Proven years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, or accounting
- Strong analytical and Excel/financial modelling skills
- Proficiency in SmartView (Oracle PBCS) for data extraction and financial analysis.
- Advanced PowerPoint skills, including experience with think-cell
- Experience with reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau or equivalent) is a plus
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Clear, concise communication skills, both written and verbal
- A team player with a proactive mindset and a passion for improvement

- Exposure to real estate, or data center industries a plus
