Job Summary

Responsibilities
Integration and Resources
- Ensure the effective onboarding of new employees by providing the necessary resources for their adaptation at Equinix
- Manage HR, payroll, and IT processes, including overtime tracking and internal asset control
Goal Setting and Evaluation
- Establish SMART priorities and document them in Workday, reviewing them regularly in one-on-one meetings
- Conduct performance and behavior evaluations, providing constructive feedback and recording progress
Development and Training
- Identify knowledge gaps and create training plans (LL/LNT) to enhance technical and interpersonal skills
- Develop Individual Development Plans (IDP) aligned with each employee's growth needs.
- Continuous Follow-Up
- Hold weekly or biweekly one-on-one sessions to discuss challenges, review progress, and address performance or behavior deviations
- Guide the team in skill development, learning from experience, and resolving procedural issues
Backlog Management
- Manage and update the backlog portfolio, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Ensure the achievement of monthly targets (MRR, conversion, commit date) and alignment with sales leaders in weekly meetings
- Participate in internal meetings to discuss corrective actions, mitigate risks, and remove blockers
Project Queue Monitoring
- Monitor status, priorities, deadlines, and risks of projects, keeping systems (Smartsheet/ServiceNow) up to date
- Ensure that projects are delivered within quality standards and as planned by the assigned analysts
Problem Resolution and Support
- Assist in resolving blockers and delegate technical tasks to analysts to ensure project progress
Team Development
- Allocate resources appropriately and work with peers to balance demands
- Collaborate with your IM peers to balance resources and ensure monthly backlog portfolio delivery
- Provide continuous feedback to employees, supporting their technical and behavioral development
Stakeholder Communication
- Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external alignment and escalations
Delivery Management
- Ensure end-to-end project delivery with the required level of quality and supporting evidence
- Approve and control the quality of project changes in your queue as required
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Fluent English required
- Strategic view with a strong experience and knowledge in network and servers, preferably in a technology implementation role, with experience in managing complex, large-scale projects, managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and adapting to changing priorities and deadlines
- Knowledge of Windows, Linux, Vmware, Database,Backup and Cloud
- Leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach, engage, and develop multicultural teams to achieve functional and project goals and deliver outstanding business results
- Strong knowledge and experience in metrics and KPI definition, monitoring, and data analysis
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and effectively interact with customers, stakeholders, and team members at all levels
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, adaptability, and accountability skills, with a strategic mindset and the capacity to identify and solve portfolio and project-related challenges
- Availability to work two times a week in our office located on Av. Paulista (Shopping Center 3) or in Botafogo (Av. Voluntários da Pátria)
