FP&A Systems and Applications Manager

Job Summary

We have an exciting opportunity to join our FP&A, Transformation & Analytics team. This is a key role in the business reporting to the Director of FP&A Transformation & Analytics. The successful candidate will enjoy building relationships across the business and leading the management and optimization efforts of our financial planning systems & applications. This individual will be expected to take initiative to understand FP&A system requirements & enhancement needs, quantify the requirements and conduct impact analysis, and articulate a recommendation with IT to drive the execution of global solutions across forecasting applications that are aligned to the vision of FP&A transformation.

Responsibilities

  • Deep understanding of FP&A forecasting and reporting systems/applications
  • Management of FP&A forecasting systems to ensure they are working efficiently and as intended
  • Proactive identification of system enhancements & review of user requests to translate into global requirements
  • Lead assessment & impact analysis on system enhancements and provide recommendations for prioritization across all applications/system enhancements
  • Collaboration with IT to deliver global solutions, lead UATs & provide training for system enhancements as well as to new users
  • Support implementation of forecasting and reporting models or tools to aid FP&A in the transformation of their overall processes
  • Monthly SOX compliance & user security validations, weekly maintenance validations
  • Build a strong relationship with and provide support to the FP&A & IT community

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting or Information Systems preferred
  • 10+ years relevant experience in supporting Finance teams
  • Advanced technical experience working with Oracle EPM systems and Anaplan
  • Strong communication & presentation skills with the ability to engage with senior business leaders
  • Ability to direct and influence resources without direct reporting relationships
  • Organized, strategically focused, detail oriented, self-starter. Able to deal with ambiguity in a constantly evolving environment
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint skills
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize workloads and meet deadlines
