Job Summary
Manages a team responsible for forecasting, budgeting, reporting, analysis and business partnering. Accountable for the performance of the team. Executes against company strategy.
Responsibilities
- Business Partnering with all levels of GDC and Procurement
- Own AMER Capex and lead the AMER team in budget and all forecast cycles
- Manage AMER long-term model process and coordinate global deliverables with cross-functional teams and our team
- Lead AMER project cost reporting for Construction Spend
- Manage and ensure timely preparation of deliverables to Accounting and Corporate FP&A, including variance commentary, CIP accruals and monthly/quarterly reporting
- Own global reporting deliverables to Business Partners
- Partner with teammates and stake holders in all three regions to ensure global consistency and timeliness
- Manage deliverables due to other AMER Finance functions including but not limited to Tax, Accounting and Treasury
- Assist with prioritizing and managing deliverables for the AMER team
- Lead others to resolve complex technical, operational and systems problems
- Continuously look for opportunities for process optimization, automation and increased efficiencies
- Any other deliverables as requested
Qualifications
- BS in Accounting and Finance with at least 8 years of working experience in FP&A
- Experience working in a matrixed reporting structure
- Positive attitude & growth mindset, details oriented and meticulous, analytical and possesses good problem-solving skills
- Experience with Hyperion PBCS
- MBA/CPA preferred
