Job Summary
Leads consolidation efforts, are subject matter experts and manager of processes and/or ongoing projects
Responsibilities
Forecasting
- Reviews templates, consolidate analysis and presentation to enable the budget and forecast process
- Reviews and completes more complex forecasting including the strategic long term model
Reporting
- Reviews regular executive and operational report preparation and analysis process for financial and non-financial KPI's (key performance indicators), completes more complex reporting initiatives
Business Partnering
- Influences decisions made by leaders across the business (cross functionally) and work to understand the business needs and deliver on those needs
Financial Analysis
- Identifies and resolves technical, operational and organizational problems
Control/Compliance
- Completes purchase order approvals, new headcount approvals, and ensures regulatory compliance [i.e. SOX]
Sales Commission
- Reviews and approves commissions and sales bonus
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in finance or related field preferred
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting preferred
- Master's degree (MBA) preferred
- CPA/CFA certification preferred
