As a Facilities Technician, you'll be responsible for maintaining our building and data center infrastructure. From routine inspections to high-stakes incident response, you'll be part of a team keeping our mission-critical systems running smoothly and safely.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site inspections and monitor building and data center alarms
  • Perform preventive maintenance on site infrastructure (including primary systems), or lead vendor activities
  • Carry out repairs and corrective maintenance tasks
  • Operate critical infrastructure under the supervision of senior technical staff
  • Complete site logs, gather operational data, and issue basic permits (MOPs and scripts)
  • Respond to on-site incidents and follow escalation protocols
  • Complete routine work requests and perform circuit installations
  • Assist during critical maintenance operations
  • Collaborate within the department and contribute to general maintenance activities
  • Execute basic infrastructure projects

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 2-3+ years of hands-on experience in facilities or data center operations
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to perform essential physical job functions (walking, standing, climbing, lifting up to 50 lbs)
  • Flexible availability for shifts, including weekends and holidays if needed
  • Strong coordination, communication, and teamwork skills
