As a Facilities Technician, you'll be responsible for maintaining our building and data center infrastructure. From routine inspections to high-stakes incident response, you'll be part of a team keeping our mission-critical systems running smoothly and safely.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site inspections and monitor building and data center alarms
- Perform preventive maintenance on site infrastructure (including primary systems), or lead vendor activities
- Carry out repairs and corrective maintenance tasks
- Operate critical infrastructure under the supervision of senior technical staff
- Complete site logs, gather operational data, and issue basic permits (MOPs and scripts)
- Respond to on-site incidents and follow escalation protocols
- Complete routine work requests and perform circuit installations
- Assist during critical maintenance operations
- Collaborate within the department and contribute to general maintenance activities
- Execute basic infrastructure projects
✅ Qualifications & Skills:
- 2-3+ years of hands-on experience in facilities or data center operations
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to perform essential physical job functions (walking, standing, climbing, lifting up to 50 lbs)
- Flexible availability for shifts, including weekends and holidays if needed
- Strong coordination, communication, and teamwork skills
