Job Summary
We are looking for a Credit and Collections Analyst to support credit to be part of our global team. In this role you will ensure timely payments and minimize risk. Review customer creditworthiness, monitors accounts receivable, and resolve collection issues. Maintain accurate records and supports compliance with audit requirements.
Responsibilities
- Review and analyze customer credit profiles; recommend credit limits within guidelines.
- Monitor overdue accounts and execute proactive collection strategies to reduce aged receivables.
- Engage with customers, sales, and finance teams to resolve payment issues and disputes.
- Perform reconciliations of open balances, unapplied payments, and credit memos.
- Maintain accurate AR data and documentation for audits and legal compliance.
- Prepare reports on collection status and provide recommendations to management.
- Support process improvements, system testing, and participate in special projects.
- Assist in implementing credit and collection policies and ensure adherence to procedures.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of Finance experience.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Knowledge of credit and collections processes; CBA/CBF certification is a plus.
- Willing to work 4 PM - 1 AM Manila time (EMEA support).
