We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic supply chain analyst to manage our global portfolio of technology and services suppliers.
This position will be responsible for establishing strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring contractual compliance, optimizing costs and ensuring service levels aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and control budgets, purchase requisitions, payment orders and supplier invoices.
• Develop, implement and improve supplier management strategies with a focus on performance, compliance, risk reduction and cost reduction.
• Manage the complete supplier lifecycle: selection, onboarding, performance monitoring, renewal and offboarding.
• Conduct contract negotiations, including SLAs, KPIs, penalties, deadlines and commercial reviews.
• Act as a point of contact between strategic suppliers and internal areas (Purchasing, Legal, Security, IT, etc.).
• Develop dashboards and performance reports for leadership, with a focus on operational efficiency and financial gains.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal and regulatory requirements.
• Implement corrective action plans for underperforming suppliers.
• Contribute to innovation and continuous improvement initiatives involving suppliers.
• Support internal and external audits with documentation and processes related to suppliers.
• Work collaboratively with global and regional teams to align practices and contracts.
Contribute with analyses and ideas for process automation,
focused on reducing and/or eliminating repetitive activities

Requirements
Academic background:
• Completed higher education in Administration, Engineering, Economics, Information Technology or related areas.
• MBA or specialization in Supply Chain, Contract Management or IT Governance is a plus.
Experience:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with supplier management, preferably in multinational environments.
• Solid experience with service contracts (e.g. outsourcing, software, consulting, facilities).
• Experience in negotiating and managing complex contracts.
• Knowledge of risk management, compliance and performance indicators.
Technical knowledge:
• Proficiency in the Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with procurement and contract management tools (e.g. SAP, Coupa, ServiceNow, etc.).
• Fluent English (mandatory); other languages are a plus.
