Profissional responsável por atuar na operação, manutenção e suporte técnico de ambientes de rede e servidores, garantindo a qualidade dos processos, atendimento a incidentes e requisições, além de propor melhorias e apoiar tecnicamente outros times.

Responsabilidades

• Atuar em incidentes e requisições técnicas conforme a especialidade.
• Planejar e implementar mudanças (correções, migrações e melhorias).
• Realizar análise de causa raiz e propor melhorias no ambiente.
• Produzir e atualizar documentações técnicas.
• Monitorar processos com fornecedores e clientes, garantindo prazos e qualidade.
• Apoiar tecnicamente os times de atendimento N1 e compor escala de sobreaviso.
• Gerenciar ordens de serviço e acompanhar atualizações de processos.
• Realizar atendimento ao cliente e comunicação em marcos definidos.

Requisitos

• Experiência com redes (Cisco, Juniper): BGP, OSPF, VLAN, VXLAN, Trunk, entre outros.
• Conhecimento em NGFW (Fortinet, Juniper, Cisco, Checkpoint, Sophos).
• Suporte técnico em servidores Linux (Debian, Ubuntu, RedHat, etc.).
• Vivência com atendimento N1.
• Inglês avançado.
• Flexibilidade para atuação em diferentes turnos, conforme necessidade operacional.
• Disponibilidade de trabalhar em escala 12x36 com variações aos finais de semana. 09h ás 21h.

Diferenciais:

• Certificações técnicas.
• Experiência com troubleshooting de conectividade e ferramentas de teste.
• Conhecimento em Load Balancers (A10, F5, Kemp).
• Conhecimento em bancos de dados (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle).
• Ferramentas de backup (Commvault, Veeam).
• Suporte a hardware e conexões com storage SAN.
