Twój zakres obowiązków:
- wsparcie zespołu operacyjnego Data Center w codziennych obowiązkach
- uczestniczenie w obsłudze krytycznej infrastruktury Data Center
- obsługa wizyt klientów
- obsługa dostaw sprzętu klienta
- obsługa administracyjna zleceń klientów
- tworzenie oraz uzupełnianie dokumentacji z zachowaniem obowiązujących standardów
- aktualizacja dokumentacji technicznej
Nasze wymagania:
- pełne wykształcenie średnie techniczne [staż skierowany jest przede wszystkim do uczniów i studentów kończących w tym roku szkołę o profilu technicznym (politechnika, technikum, szkoła zawodowa etc.)]
- dostępność w zakresie 40 godzin tygodniowo (poniedziałek - piątek)
- komunikatywna znajomość j. polskiego i j. angielskiego
- umiejętność pracy w zespole
Mile widziane:
- uprawnienia SEP "E"
