Epsilon's award-winning CORE ID identity solution is the foundation of Epsilon's industry-leading performance marketing solutions. As the Sr. Analyst of Identity Analytics, you'll be joining a new team that owns the analytics of CORE ID. Your role will include performing analyses to measure and explain CORE ID performance. You will partner with the team that creates CORE ID, with Product and Engineering, and with other Analytics teams. You will also play a pivotal role in supporting the globalization of CORE ID and federating it into the ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
- Own execution of identity analytical processes with limited supervision, including expected yield from new data sources and CORE ID impacts from ecosystem changes
- Perform exploratory analyses and proof of concepts for methods under exploration
- Become a subject matter expert in CORE ID
- Develop scenario analyses to meet business objectives based on various identity strategies
- Contribute insights and planning for anticipated ecosystem changes
- Work collaboratively and cross-functionally to develop analytical approaches to business questions

- Profile
- Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research or related discipline preferred
- 3+ years of experience in marketing or business analytics
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally to achieve results
- Ability to manage multiple analyses and project simultaneously and independently
- Curiosity and willingness to self-teach
- Interested in implications of analysis as much as data
- Understanding of MarTech and AdTech competitive landscape preferred
- Analytical
- Experience presenting analytical findings and recommendations to non-analytical stakeholders
- Ability to extract insights from data sets and apply to business problems/decisions
- Experience exploring and presenting data via enterprise data visualization software (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
- Sound strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Technical
- Demonstrated big data experience
- Spark, Hive, Scala preferred
- Advanced experience with SQL
- Familiarity with other data tools such as Python or R preferred
