Epsilon is currently seeking a Digital Production Specialist, with a focus and desire to work within an interactive environment. The Digital Production Specialist manages the daily responsibilities associated with supporting and delivering on post-launch project requirements leveraging our world-class marketing solutions and delivery processes for single or multiple clients. The candidate will be the liaison between all stakeholders; development, quality assurance, project management, client services and creative teams, etc. to determine workflow, timelines, resourcing needs, and project expectations.

This role requires someone who:

  • Has a high bar for quality, takes ownership and drives accountability for all assigned tasks
  • Possesses strong problem-solving skills and is proficient at managing conflicting requirements and constraints. Is able to negotiate and manage conflict, and manage concerns that cause skepticism or uncertainty for the customer or stakeholders
  • Pays attention to the details, but never loses sight of the big picture
  • Has a sense of urgency, and is an adaptive self-starter with the ability to work under project circumstances ranging from nearly-independent to closely-managed, and is enthusiastic about tackling multiple projects and tasks within a demanding, and sometimes stressful, agency environment
  • Is able to efficiently and effectively work across multiple functions
  • Can adeptly work in a team environment or nearly independently to provide the highest quality of service
  • Develops and nurtures collaborative relationships and has outstanding communication skills; listens with the intent to truly connect, educate, and make a positive impact; has a proven ability to influence others in order to get things done, even when they have no direct line of authority over them
  • Can apply the project management concepts of initiating, planning, executing, monitoring & controlling, and closing projects; according to strict deadlines and within tight budgets
  • Is able to deviate from standard/established methodologies to execute on goals
  • Possesses a working understanding of Agile/Waterfall project management methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC) principles and processes
  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree (or 1-3 years equivalent work experience in technology production, project management, digital marketing, agency or a related discipline)
  • Has 2+ years Project Management experience in an advertising agency, digital marketing agency, or internet-related services & products company (preferably in a high-volume or critical production service environment)

  • Manage production delivery timelines, tracking tasks to completion.
  • Manage assignments and balance workload in a deadline driven environment
  • Track and report on assignments and provide status reports to project sponsors and stakeholders
  • Estimate task timelines and level of effort
  • Create, update and maintain schedules to keep teams aligned & maintain accurate work forecasts and statuses
  • Clearly communicate expectations to stakeholders to ensure understanding and alignment
  • Provide support of the organization's efforts to standardize and optimize processes by maintaining process and project documentation
  • Ensure that processes and workflows are properly followed
  • Manage change control process for production work
  • Monitor performance against quality goals and implement corrective action as needed; ensure work product accuracy before delivery to client
  • Ensure all work artifacts are maintained in our centralized collaboration tool
  • Build and maintain knowledge of clients' business, competition and industry trends; provide assistance & advice to aid in developing strategic approaches to the development of solutions
