Epsilon's Analytical Platform encompasses the growing set of analytical and reporting capabilities delivered through our products. As an Associate Director, Analytical Platform rep, you will serve as a subject matter expert in the capabilities of the Analytical Platform. You will leverage your in-depth understanding of Epsilon's data assets, broad-based knowledge of measurement, attribution and reporting to work cross-functionally to develop analytical and reporting capabilities to support Epsilon's products. You will translate stakeholder needs into business and reporting requirements and work across teams to facilitate the development of the end product or capability. You will report to the Director, Audience and Measurement.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Analytical Platform team to define methodologies to support the analytical and measurement needs of Epsilon's products
  • Work closely with Analytics, Product, Platform and BI Development teams to ensure all analytical and reporting requirements are captured and documented appropriately
  • Bridge the business and technical gap by translating business needs into business requirements and assisting in the creation of technical requirements while considering constraints due to data availability, legal / privacy, and system processing
  • Facilitate the development process by monitoring ongoing Analytics and Reporting projects and removing roadblocks when feasible
  • Provide input to and assist in the prioritization of Analytics and Reporting Development work queues
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, etc.), Master's degree preferred
  • 5+ years of professional experience conducting data analytics to drive business outcomes in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
  • Experience with product or capability development, including creating detailed business or reporting requirements
  • In-depth understanding of marketing analytics, in particular rule-based and model-based attribution methodologies
  • Thorough practical understanding of experimental design (DoE) and other analytically rigorous measurement techniques
  • Sound understanding of the adtech ecosystem, e.g., identity, players (DSPs, SSPs), and process (RTB, auctions)
  • Ability to communicate clearly to both non-technical, business stakeholders as well as technical engineering and analytics partners
  • Planning, priority setting, and project management skills with experience managing multiple projects concurrently
  • Experience using core analytical tools such as SQL, SAS, R, Python, etc.
  • Exposure to reporting platforms like Tableau a plus
