JOB OVERVIEW:

The Client Services Specialist position provides an exceptional opportunity for a career-minded individual who wants to make a meaningful contribution within our organization. The Client Services Specialist supports the client account teams by managing the client renewal process including, but not limited to maintaining client folders, producing client facing material, maintaining and creating corporate governance documents and deliverables. This is a support role for our Client Services team.

LOCATION: Hybrid or Remote

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

A detailed list of job duties includes (but is not limited to):

  • Upon client’s acceptance, binds coverage and issues appropriate documents.
  • Invoices client and monitors payment by the client to avoid policy cancellation.
  • Responsible for maintaining a timeline and process during new business and renewal cycles inclusive of exposure analysis, quote specifications, collateral analysis, and preparation and presentation of coverage proposals.
  • Schedule Annual Meetings
  • Draft Renewal Planner which entails creating, updating and gathering multiple documents
  • Update/maintain Principal Calendar with client meetings, events etc.
  • Assist in the preparation of client deliverables
  • Maintain the claims folder (process, save and update client teams)
  • Update and maintain client information in Salesforce
  • Respond to client requests for certificates of insurance (COIs)
  • Assist in preparing corporate meeting minutes and annual deliverables
  • Prepare corporate governance changes
  • Interacts with Insurance Regulators
  • Prepare reports and present results to clients and management.
  • Perform such other duties as may be assigned by the Company at its discretion from time to time.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 2 years of broker, underwriting or insurance CSR experience preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and instructions from multiple Managers.
  • Excellent phone and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving ability using creative, logical and analytical approaches.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Client service focused with a high degree of professionalism.
  • Detail-oriented, technical ability to identify, create, and present data.
  • Strong understanding of professional and industry standards and practices.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other on-line computer systems.

COMPENSATION: 

The national average hourly rate for this non-exempt roles is $37.00 - $39.00 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined based on your experience, skills, training, certifications and education, while also considering internal equity and market data.
