Windows System Engineer

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Windows System Engineer to strengthen our engineering unit in Zürich to support our banking client.

What You'll Do

• Implement and administer of on prem or hybrid workloads including identity management, security, migration, monitoring, high availability and networking
• Cooperate closely with client's Development Team and other stakeholders
• Support testing in test environments for planned software releases
• Handle complex challenges using strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills

• High Windows Server administration skills (e.g. MCSE certification) using for example with the Admin Center, Scripting Host or Powershell scripts
• Good knowledge of Apache Tomcat on Windows
• Good SQL DB administration skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to manage a diverse workload effectively in a highly demanding environment
• Ability to work reliable in a collaborative, international team
• Fluency in English
