WHAT YOU'LL DO
• In this role, you will have the freedom to be creative and to express your ideas & vision
• You will be supported by our Tech Design Lead & Design Coordinator to design presentations & projects: focus on providing visual design, futuristic & minimalistic UI, be a part in stakeholder collaborations
• You will work with other members of the Experience Design team, as well as our engineering, QA and BA groups to create interfaces & presentations that are attractive, useful, usable & accessible
• Being a part of the Experience Design team will provide you with the unique opportunity to widen your knowledge in user experience design, design consultancy & cross-team collaboration
• This role will give you experience, ownership, and impact across internal products, stakeholder segments and one of TOP 5 IT companies internal brands
WHAT YOU HAVE?
• You have at least 1+ years of intensive production experience in Visual Design
• You have at least B2+ (Upper-Intermediate+) verbal level of English
• You have interest in user experience design & follow design trends
• You have sufficient experience presenting work to and communicating directly with customers
• Design including creation of the following assets:
o Presentation templates & components
o Visual libraries & illustrations
o Graphic design materials
o User-centric A11Y approved designs
• Participation in the following activities with Figma & Internal client systems:
o Designing of User Interface sketches, mockups, and prototypes
o Style Guides, UI Guidelines, and support
o Micro animations for User Interface
• You are an organized self-starter that can deal with ambiguity
• You are a problem solver, fast learner, and an excellent communicator with a passion for great design and the ability to achieve it
