Responsibilities
- Managing software development projects where Agile engineering methods (e.g., Extreme Programming, Feature Driven Development) are applied
- Demonstrating a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and the various agile engineering practices that can be used (e.g., in planning, requirements analysis, design, coding, unit testing, acceptance testing)
- Assisting with documentation of requirements as needed
- Managing parts of the project end-to-end as needed and defined by the program lead
- Leading Agile ceremonies and assisting team members in the creation of routine, informative communication materials
- Around 2 years of experience in Technical Project Management with a focus on software development projects
- Familiarity with Java, Springboot, and AWS technologies
- Familiarity with Agile Engineering methods like Scrum, Extreme programming, or Feature Driven Development
- Experience in documentation of requirements
