• Plan, maintain, and troubleshoot Azure, GCP, AWS
• Handle planning, maintenance, and problem-solving for Azure AD, Office 365 services, which include Exchange Online/On-Premises and SharePoint Online
• Oversee planning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Microsoft Active Directory Domain Service and connected services (AD DS, AD FS, AD CS, DNS, DHCP, GPO)
• Implement scripting and automation using PowerShell
• Write comprehensive IT-related work instructions
• Provide support for production systems and applications
• Resolve incidents and process changes promptly and efficiently

• Substantial experience in public clouds: Azure/Office 365, GCP, AWS
• Solid familiarity with Microsoft Windows Server roles and features, along with other IT infrastructure services (Azure Active Directory, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, PowerShell)
• Proven experience in Microsoft 365 services (especially Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft SharePoint Online)
• Background in supporting production systems and applications
• Solid understanding of ITIL Essentials and best practices
• In-depth understanding of IT infrastructure design principles
• Demonstrable experience in scripting/automation (PowerShell)
• Proven skills in technical writing
• Knowledge in Identity and Access Management

• Experience with backup (Data Protection Management)
• Familiarity with private cloud infrastructure (Microsoft Virtual Machine Manager, hypervisors such as Hyper-V, storages, blades, etc)
• Background in working with SQL databases (procedures, triggers, views, etc)
• Experience in monitoring/testing architectures and best practices
• Knowledge of Certificate Authority
