We are in search of a seasoned Syniti Technical Lead to join our team remotely. This role is ideal for a professional who excels in data migration and governance and is passionate about shaping the future of data engineering in business technology. About the Project
The project focuses on developing and implementing data migration and governance rules within Syniti tools, crucial for the integrated data migration design across various process areas. Your expertise will directly impact the data analysis and governance processes, playing a pivotal role in the project's success.

What You'll Do

• Lead and guide a team of developers, ensuring smooth project execution
• Create and implement data migration and governance rules in Syniti's tools
• Develop integrated data migration designs through comprehensive data analysis
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and devise solutions
• Uphold data governance methodologies and best practices
• Address and resolve data migration and governance-related issues
• Mentor junior team members, fostering their professional growth

• At least 5 years of experience in Data Migration projects
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Master Data Governance
• Familiarity with SAP Business Technology Platform and SAP Process Orchestration
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team towards successful project completion
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• In-depth knowledge of data governance methodologies and best practices
• Upper-intermediate or higher proficiency in English

• Additional certifications or training in Syniti's tools and methodologies
• Prior experience in working with cross-functional and international teams
• A knack for problem-solving and innovation in data governance and migration strategies
