We are looking for a dedicated and self-driven Site Reliability Engineer (SRE). Our SRE team plays a crucial role in maintaining the CI/CD framework, integrating the observatory stack, supporting applications, assisting the product team in issue resolution and enhancing product reliability through automation.
This role provides an excellent opportunity to leverage your skills and requires a strong understanding of components in complex distributed systems. On-call support is part of the role, compensated according to local labor laws.

- Maintain and improve monitoring systems
- Handle incident troubleshooting, including identification, resolution and documentation
- Contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives and playbook development
- Coordinate communication between operations and engineering teams

- High-level proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Linux operating systems
- Solid skills in OS Administration, PowerShell and Bash
- Track record in automation through scripting and programming languages
- Familiarity with Grafana and Prometheus
- Ability to work with Docker and Linux Containers
- Knowledge of MySQL
- Understanding of NAT, DNS and DHCP
- Flexibility to use PagerDuty
- Background in Git
- Experience with Azure Pipelines, Functions and Key Vault
