Site Reliability Engineer

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are actively seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineer to enhance our esteemed team in Zürich. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Site Reliability Engineering or a comparable role. This position involves the design and upkeep of sophisticated monitoring systems for a diverse range of applications, ensuring the ongoing performance of our services. The role requires a mix of remote and on-site work in a hybrid model.

• Ensure the reliability and robustness of our applications
• Design, build and maintain the monitoring systems for various applications
• Collaborate with the development team to identify and fix system issues
• Use tools like AppDynamics and Splunk for system monitoring and troubleshooting
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our system architecture and performance

• Proven experience as a Site Reliability Engineer or similar role in a related field
• Proficiency in using AppDynamics and Splunk
• Experience in creating monitoring systems (dashboard) for various applications
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented setting
• Fluent English skills are a must
• German language skills are significant advantage
